Description
F2.8 Photo Walk Southwold Harbour – 8 places available.
Saturday 10th May 9am – 11am
Join me for photo walk around Southwold Harbour where the aim of the morning will be to capture images with a very shallow depth of field.
Shooting at your lens’s widest aperture you will be encouraged to take landscape and detail images that have only part of the scene in focus. You do not need a lens with an F2.8 aperture, 5.6 will be good enough to get a similar effect. The point is to explore landscape and detail images with a shallow depth of field.
During this walk we will be exploring Southwold harbour along the edge of the River Blyth. This is a working area with numerous black sheds and fishing boats and plenty of smaller details which can be used to create interesting shallow depth of field images.
These walks are relaxed, fun, social events with a theme which will hopefully encourage you to see the world in a different way.
